A short hybrid documentary-fiction film by Shani Heckman about the last two residents of a haunted Victorian at 13 Lucky Street in San Francisco's Mission District: a 100-year-old ghost, Carmelita Reyes, and a human tenant, Matteo Florez, who unite to fight their eviction. It deals with displacement and gentrification. Ben contributed music, including a theme for the character Matteo, and a Battlehooch track is licensed for the soundtrack.
